Frekote Release Agents bond to your mold surface, not the part, and create a semi-permanent release barrier between
composite or metal tooling and part resins and reinforcement. Parts release cleanly from your mold because they simply cannot stick to a low surface energy Frekote film. And unlike sacrificial
silicones or waxes, Frekote does not transfer to your parts 700-NC
Is a non-CFC, semi-permanent,multiple release polymer resin which effectively releases all thermoset resins. A versatile agent that provides slip where mold geometry problems are encountered. It cures
at room temperature to give a high-gloss finish to molded parts. Application Temperature Range: Up to 275F (135C). Curing Time: 15-20 minutes after final coat @ room temperature. Benefits:•Superior
multiple release performance. •High slip and high gloss.•No chlorinated solvents •Versatile: releases most polymers Application: Can be applied to mold surfaces up to 275F (135C) by spraying,
brushing, or wiping with a clean lint-free cloth. Initially apply two or three coats, allowing up to 15 minutes after each application for complete solvent evaporation. Molding should not be attempted
until the film feels dry, not tacky, to the touch; approximately 15 minutes at room temperature.
770-NC
Is a non-CFC,
semi-permanent,multiple release polymer resin which effectively releases all thermoset resins. A versatile agent that provides slip
where mold geometry problems are encountered. It dries and cures very rapidly at room temperature to give a high-slip film capable of maximum release performance. Application Temperwture Range: Up to
140F (60C) Curing Time: 5-10 minutes after final coat @ room temperature Benefits: •Fast-dry Fast cure •High gloss and high slip •Versatile: releases most polymers •No mold build-up •Reduced odor.
Application: Apply to mold surfaces by spraying, brushing, or wiping with a clean, lint-free. cotton cloth. When spraying, ensure a dry-air source or airless spray system. Only a thin, wet film is
required. Apply up to three coats; enhance performance by recoating once after the first few initial pulls. Touch up as necessary.
55-NC
Is a non-CFC (chlorofluorocarbon) release agent designed to provide multiple release with no contaminating transfer. This semi-permanent, non-migratory release system chemically bonds to the mold
surface to form a microthin film which Is stable at temperatures exceeding most molding processes. This formulation offers excellent release properties for various applications and can be used as a
direct replacement for Frekote 44 and as an alternative to 44-NC. Application Temperature Range: Up to 140-F (60-C)
Curing-Time: 30 minutes at room temperature [or bake for 5 minutes C-) 210--3OOF (100--150C)] Benefits:•Fast dry -Fast cure •No mold build-up -High thermal stability •Reduced odor -No contaminating
transfer Appliication: Apply to mold surfaces by spraying, brushing or wiping with a clean, lint-free cotton cloth. When spraying, ensure a dry air source or
airiess spray system. Avoid contact with hands and always use in a well ventilated area.
44-NC Is a non-CFC (chlorofluorocarbon) release agent designed to provide multiple releases with no contaminating transfer. 44-NC can be used for the release of
thermoplastics, thermosetting resins, boron,
aramid, graphite/carbon fiber composites and fiberglass laminates. This semi-permanent, non-migratory release system chemically bonds to the mold surface to
form a microthin film which Is stable at temperatures exceeding most molding processes. Application Temperature: Up to l40oF (60oC) Curing Time: 3-hours at room temperature [or bake for 15 minutes @
210--300-F (100--150-C)]Benefits:•High thermal stability •Better mold utilization •No mold build-up •Significantly lower mold maintenance costs •High productivity •No contaminating transfer
Application: Apply to mold surfaces by spraying, brushing or wiping with a clean, lint-free cotton cloth. When spraying, ensure a dry air source or
airless spray system. Avoid contact with hands and always use in a well ventilated area.
Frekote Release Agents bond to your mold surface, not the part, and create a semi-permanent release barrier between

SOLO
is the world's first Spray On-Leave-On release agerri for molding gelcoated parts and your product of choice for molding fiberglass parts requiring a high gloss finish. SOLO reduces labor costs by up to
95% compared to waxes. Application: Temperature Range: 60-105-F (50-40C) Curing Time, [After final coat): 30 minutes Benefits: •Fast, easy application •No polishing required •Maximum mold utilization
•Retains high gloss finish •Minimal mold build-up •Significantly lower mold maintenance costs Application: Remove dust from mold using a dry, oil free air source. Spray SOLO using a high volume low
pressure spray gun. Keep spray head 8-10 inches from the mold surface. Spray a fine film of SOLO so that it remains wet for approximately six inches behind the pass of the gun head. Systematically
apply product to the entire mold surface. Repeat application to give a final coverage of I gallon of SOLO to 200 sq. ft. of mold surface- typically 5 coats for seasoned molds. New molds may require more
coats. Apply one coat after another. No cure time needed between coats.
B-15 is formulated as a sealer for molds with micro porosity problems, small surface scratches or Imperfections. Used in conjunction with other FREKOTE products,
B-15 provides an excellent base coat enhancing the release advantages offered. ApplicationTemperature Range: Up to 140F (60C) Curing-Time: 24 hours at room temperature [or bake for 60 minutes @
210--300-F (100--150-C] Benefits: •Seals mold porosity •No contaminating transfer •Compatible with all FREKOTE products. Application: Apply to mold surfaces by spraying, brushing, dipping or wiping with
a clean, lint-free cotton cloth. When spraying, ensure a dry air source or airless spray system making sure the nozzle is 8" to 10" from the mold surface.
Aquallne C-200
Is a unique water based release agent designed to provide multiple release with no contaminating transfer. It chemically bonds to the mold surface to form a thin, chemically resistant coating capable of
releasing all thermoset composites. Aquallne C-210 Touch-Up is designed for applications where a hot (>I40F (60C) mold touch-up Is required or where spray application Is being used. Application
Temperature Range:120 to 300F(50- 15OC) Curing Time: Post cure the final film for at least 40 minutes @ 140'F (60-C), 20 minutes @ 212F (1OOC) or 15 minutes @ 250F
(120C) Benefits. •Very low VOC content < 10 g/L (0. 10
lb/gl)-C210 <30 g/L (0.30 lb/gl)-C200 •No mold build-up •No contaminating transfer •Non-flammable •No CFCs, chlorinated or aromatic solvents
•High thermal stability. Application: When applying Aqualine C-200 toa mold at room temperature use minimum of six coats. Allow each coat to dry before
applying the subsequent coat. Dry time may be decreased by using a fan or infrared lamps.
PIVIC (polyester mold cleaner) Is a special blend of solvents that dissolves and removes wax from composite molds without dulling the surface. Also use to clean
epoxy, metal mold surfaces, brushes, and equipment. Highly recommended prior to application of Frekote mold release agents.
PIVIC PLUS Is a special blend of biodegradable solvents that dissolves and removes wax from metal or epoxy molds without dulling the surface or
leaving a residue. PIVIC PLUS can also be used for cleaning brushes and equipment. ApplicationTemperature Range: Up to 110F
Benefits: •Easy to use •Fast acting •Eliminates contaminants •Enhances multiple release effectiveness Application:Apply to mold surfaces with a clean cloth. Wax (or other surface containment) will
immediately begin to dissolve and should be removed from the surface with a second clean cloth while it is still dissolved in the
PMC/PMC PLUS.
