STATOMIX ME & MS STATIC MIXERS...When used with meter mix
equipment, provide a low cost solution for two-component mixing. The mixer
element is molded of polyacetal to withstand the higher pressures of meter mix
machines. Available with support washers to prevent the elements from
extruding out the end of the housing when working with high pressure
applications. The outlet of the staic mixer is stepped, therefore, bead size can
be increased by cutting the tip. Suitable for all types of meter mix dispense
               systems on the market.

MC CARTRIDGE MIXERS. ..Developed for the MIXPAC 200 and MIXPAC
400 systems. The mixer element was designed to provide less resistance while
dispensing. This minimizes operator fatigue. The MC Cartridge mixer can be
used with all large cartridge systems. They come in a wide variety of sizes and
will mix any 2-part material including epoxies, silicones, urethanes, acrylics and
               polyesters.

MA STATIC MIXERS. ..Features simple twist-lock mounting. The MA mixers'
first element automatically aligns itself precisely with the dividing wall of the
MIXPAC 50cartridge, seperating Part A and Part B. As a result of this
patented design, the MA mixer prevents curing at the interface of the
cartridge. Available in a wide variety of sizes and will mix any 2-part material
including epoxies, silicones, urethanes, acrylics and polyesters. Also are used
for a wide range of low pressure meter mix applications.

IN-LINE ALL STEEL MIXERS ...Especially suited for mixing two-component
synthetic resin systems. These durable stainless steel mixers consist of
alternating left and right hand helical elements which are brazed the entire
length of the tubular mixing housing. It needs to be cleaned immediatelyafter
               use.

IN-LINE STEEL/FIBERGLASS MIXERS...Developed as a low -cost
alternative for mixing two-component synthetic resins. The mixing elements
are made of a high-grade, solvent resistant plastic. A transverse rod at the
outlet end of the zinc-plated steel housing supports the elements. The     low-cost allows for easy replacement and avoids unproductive cleaning should a
complete hardening occur within the mixer.

RETAINING NUTS

A low cost solution to high cost aluminum threaded fasteners.
Made of high strength Nylon to endure the high pressure of meter mix machines. Polypropylene retaing nuts are available for cartridge assemblies.

SHROUDS AT HIGHER OPERATING PRESSURE
AND FOR TEMPERATURES ABOVE 104f
(40c)..SHROUDS SHOULD BE USED AT ALL TIMES.
If a shroud is not used at higher pressures, the
polypropylene housing can expand and allow the parts of the components to streamline down the housing wall,
                                preventing an optimal mixture

.

LUER LOCK.The STATOMIX plastic disposable mixers are
available with Luer Lock fittings and needles for a variety of

                            applications.,
