050 Hot Melt ApplicatorThe Hysol® 050 is an industrial grade, hand-held hot melt applicator used for dispensing 0.50” diameter EVA sticks. The operating temperature of the unit is set at 195°C. The dispense quantity and timing are manually controlled with the trigger mechanism. A wire hanger and dispenser stand are included as part of the system. 075-LT Hot Melt ApplicatorThe 98034 Hysol® 075-LT is an industrial grade, hand-held hot melt applicator used for dispensing 0.75” diameter Coolmelt® EVA sticks. The operating temperature of the unit is set at 121°C, which reduces the risk of operator burns vs. conventional applicators. The dispense quantity and timing are manually controlled with the trigger mechanism. A high adhesive dispense rate and large adhesive loading capacity are the trademarks of this applicator. A dispenser stand and speed loader are included as part of the system. This new model replaces Maximatic 2810CoolTool sThis ystem. |

 The Loctite-Hysol® 175 AIR Hot Melt Applicator The Hysol® 175-AIR is an industrial grade, hand-held pneumatic hot melt applicator used for dispensing 1.75” diameter EVA sticks. The operating temperature of the unit is set at195°C. The dispense rate is controlled by the air pressure, and the timing is controlled by the trigger mechanism. Pneumatically powered dispensing reduces operator fatigue. A high adhesive dispense rate and large adhesive loading capacity are the trademarks of this applicator. A dispenser stand is included as part of the system. This new model replaces the Hysol 4010, 4000, 4100. grade, hand-held pneumatic hot melt applicatorused for dispensing 1.75” diameter polyamide sticks. The operating temperature of the unit is set at 195°C. By using the air adjustment control, the dispense pattern can be varied from a narrow to a wide spiral spray pattern. The dispense quantity and timing are manually controlled with the trigger mechanism. Pneumatically powered dispensing reduces operator fatigue. A dispenser stand is included as part of the system.
