Hysol ® 7500
Hot Melt Adhesive


Description
Hysol SprayPac™  7500 is a polyamide hot melt formulated for spray application using the Hysol 4210 SprayTool™ .  Hysol 7500 combines long open time and high output for bonding larger surfaces up to (15 square feet).  SprayPac™  7500 bonds foams, fabrics, wood, and many other materials.

Application
Best results are achieved when sprayed 3-9 inches above the substrate.  Apply at 400 F with the Hysol 4210 SprayTool™.  Apply at 350 F-375 F in a bulk applicator.  For maximum open time, adjust air needle valve to reduce airflow and dispense a spiral filament.  For greater coverage, increase airflow and dispense glue droplets.
