As we begin another year, thank you for choosing On-Hand Adhesives and the Glu Guru as your source for your adhesive needs and help.
The growth we have experienced over the past 37 years has only been possible because you have continued to place your trust in us. These recent recession years have been difficult for all of us and your support has been highly valued and appreciated. It has also helped in our nations efforts to decrease unemployment and we are happy to let you know we have been able to add, this year, several new members of our Glu Guru team to serve you better.
We will also continue to focus on giving back as my vision has always been "Bonding together to create a better world". This philosophy takes many forms collectively as a company for us and means a lot to me as this is one of the most rewarding parts of owning a business.
This past year we have donated space in our warehouse as a central hub for a Saturday morning for the delivery of Girl Scout Cookies. Also donated to the United Way, Northern Illinois Food Bank, Make-A-Wish, Safe Haven, World Vision, Local Food Pantry, Winter jackets, Toys for Tots, Center for Independence, Susan G. Koman Breast Cancer, Hospice of NE Illinois, Pads, Rotary Foundation,and the American Cancer Society.
I am truly grateful for your helping to make this possible and also grateful that we have established an excellent working relationship with each of you over the years and it is our responsibility as a company to continue to do so. I guarantee you that in 2012 we will give you the service you deserve and expect from us.
